Proposing To The Special Girl In Your Life
When proposing marriage to your girlfriend, there are hundreds of thoughts going through your head which can make you a nervous wreck. The last thing you should have to worry about is if whether or not you chose the right moment to pop the question. With this in mind, we’ve compiled a fantastic guide to help you choose the best time and place to ask your lady for her hand in marriage – the only thing you’ll have to be concerned with is remembering the ring.
Find Out Where She Stands – Getting romantic and creative with your proposal is a wonderful way to make a memorable day even more unique, but as long as she says “yes” it won’t matter how you propose. With this in mind, the best way to judge how your lady is going to react to your news is to get a feel for things beforehand. If a woman is entertaining the idea of marriage, she will definitely leave you subtle hints, so keep your eyes open. If you can’t gauge her take on marriage yet, start talking about a friend you know who is getting married and see how she reacts. If she’s overly enthusiastic, you can consider that a green light for a proposal.
Know Her Taste – Now that you’ve moved onto the planning stages for your proposal, the best way to come up with the right moment to pop the question is to consider what she enjoys doing. If she’s the reserved romantic type, then a private evening together for your proposal would be best as to avoid any unwanted attention. Alternatively, if she’s an adventurous woman who shines in the public eye, think of a way to propose with an audience or perhaps during an outdoor activity – asking her on the top of a ski mountain would not be a bad idea. Whatever you choose, do something that reflects her personality. These are just some initial ideas to get you brainstorming – don’t copy them, but use them as inspiration to create something unique for your special lady.
Don’t Give Ultimatums – Sometimes a man’s proposal comes out of desperation – don’t fall into this trap. Nothing will ruin the mood more than proposing under the condition that you’ll leave them if they don’t commit to marriage. If you have to resort to ultimatums, then your marriage is over before it even started.
While this article isn’t a step-by-step guide to creating the perfect proposal, it does give you some general rules to play by. Each lady is different so find out what makes your girl special and build your proposal around that – it will make the day memorable for both of you.

Uniquely Singaporean – Pre-Bridal Photography
Weddings are well known to be quite stressful. From when you wake up to when you crash down asleep you would have been on the go all day long.
Your wedding day should be relaxing and laid back. You should not have a care in the world on your once-in-a-life-time special day. Yet for many couples they don’t always experience this.
There is so much to do on your actual wedding day that a day in a busy office would be like taking a day off compared to your wedding day. Asking for support from everyone that you can will make your special day more special.
Your wedding day will be full for sure but stress can be avoided as long as you get lots of support and plan well. Remember your bridal professionals are there to take the stress from you and if have planned well a few of your close friends will be there to catch any problems for you and solve them.
Ten years ago Pre-Wedding photography started to become very popular in Singapore. The reason was that many couples simply found that their actual wedding day was too stressful and way too full.
Smart photographers started offering pre-bridal packages so that all the stress could be taken out of the actual day. So with pre-wedding photography there was no longer any need to rush around to get all the pictures taken. It also removed the risk of the special day photography being totally destroyed by bad weather as well.
Pre-wedding packages come in all shapes and sizes. Most of the packages offered will include both outdoor shots as well as studio shots. Simply ask your photographer what will be included in your package.
As well as making sure you get a great set of photographs for your album, pre-wedding photos mean that you have something special to show at your actual wedding to your guests, which is always nice.
Like all good ideas, pre-wedding photography has caught on around the world. It may not be called pre-bridal photography but the idea still exists. Just ask your professional bridal photographer about including this option when they give you a price.

Tips For The Would-Be Bridal Photographer
For years people will be displaying photos of their wedding, since it is that kind of occasion. Every bride and groom wants someone who is well trained and who will guarantee quality. If you are a photographer you might want to consider photographing weddings because there is a lot of money to be made by doing them. As well as the money though there is the risk that you must manage well.
If this is going to be your first wedding shoot you will want to make sure your contract is written up properly and a disclaimer included in it. If you don’t have a disclaimer you could be sued afterwards. For example, you should include that you are not responsible for pictures that might get lost after you send the film away to get developed, or pictures that do not come out clear due to equipment failure. Otherwise you could get sued for breach of contract.
Now with that said you should also include how many pictures are to be taken and how long you will be photographing for and what hourly rate will be. Something else you should include would be the fees for developing and the fee of the album. Your client’s requirements are important so make sure you talk it over with them. There could be a particular family member that they want photographed separately, or a certain group of people they do not get to see very often.
Make a list of all the pictures that your client’s requested. Here are a few common ones, pre-ceremony, wedding ceremony, post-ceremony and reception. Discuss with the clients about which shots they want and who’s going to be in the pictures. Pay attention to what your clients are saying because each one will be different.
A deposit should be made after you book your clients in. Most people will pay you 50% prior to the wedding and the remaining afterwards. So you don’t end up bothering the bride and groom during the reception, arrangements should be made for when the remainder will be paid. It would look very unprofessional if you did.
Photoshop is a good program to use if you are going to be processing the pictures yourself. You can enhance the photos with all sorts of techniques such as flaw removal, montage, changing the color to black and which or sepia, as well as other unique features.
Look for ways to add extra value that you have not told them about. This will always generate good feelings. A special surprise will keep everyone talking and generating more business for you in the future. Think different. Imagine for example if you uploaded all their pictures onto a password protected part of your website so that they and their friends can login and view.
At the end of the day doing wedding photography can be a lot of fun and you can make good money at it. You may have to take your people skills to the next level but the financial returns will be worth it.

Unique Wedding Tips
From the moment you got engaged, thoughts of your wedding have filled your head. It is supposed to be a magical event that you and your guest will always remember. To do that, it can’t just be a cookie-cutter wedding; you want something that all your own. Of course there are the wedding favors. Making sure you have unique wedding favors is a start. There is no magic formula for that unique wedding, but if you see some of the things other people have done you might get some ideas.
One very sweet, unique idea came to this one couple. The enclosed a few dried and pressed red rose pedals with the invitations they sent out. They also enclosed a note to bring the pedals with them to the ceremony. There they were added with white rose pedals and given to the flower girl. Before the bride walked down the isle there was a carpet of pedals from friends and family. Everyone had their own special part in the ceremony.
The ceremony it’s self really lends it’s self to so many ways to be creative and to make your wedding beautiful and unique. One interesting one was in a wedding of an Irish American family. Along with the tuxedo the groom and grooms men for a sash of their family clan. It took a little searching on the internet and special ordering but the end result was moving. Another beautiful idea was for a night time wedding. It was kept in low light after everyone was seated. As the bride’s maids and groom’s men marched down the aisle each of them carried a pair of ornate lanterns. At what served as the alter the lanterns were placed (and turned up) and the entire ceremony was conducted by lantern light. It cast a nice romantic glow as they exchanged vows. Others that have had an outside wedding have shied away from the traditional layout with the bride and groom at the front of rows of chairs. Instead, they opted for a round dais or alter in the center of rings of chairs. The bride and groom would enter from opposite sides, passing under rose covered arbors to meet in the center. It gave the ceremony a very intimate feel.
Still others have tried to take that intimate feel to the reception. One idea was to light it almost entirely by candle light. To get the effect they wanted they placed round mirrors on the tables with a candle in a glass vase in the center. From the ceiling they hung fixtures with multifaceted reflective surfaces. It gave the feeling of dancing under twinkling stars. If you wanted to get really nutty you could turn down the thermostat and use just a little dry ice to give it a “A Mid Summer’s Night” sort of feel. It would look very magical and Edwardian.
You could go very practical. Kids get bored at receptions and some parents just stop long enough to see the cutting of the cake. Try renting a few kid-sized tables and top it with crayons and coloring books. Sure, the parents won’t be closing down the reception but it can buy the parents some time to enjoy the event before the kids get too bored
There are all sorts of things you can do that your planner might not think of. It’s your day and you can make it your own.

Restoring Trust In Relations Getting Your Ex Friend Back After An Affair
How do you get your ex back even after you have cheated? Some people claim that an affair should end a relationship. But I disagree. I believe that each relationship is savable if both parties really want to work on it. This article is about restoring trust in relationships.
Restoring trust in relations needs an adjustment in angle and actions. Even after an affair, it is feasible to save a relationship. But that starts with ramping up the level of trust in the couple.
If you’ve had an affair, you’ve had an attitude which allowed you to stray. There could be something at the relationship’s core that is diseased. But you can heal the disease.
What was it that you were searching for when you strayed? Was the sex humdrum? Was she too busy for you? Was she just not spending sufficient time on her grooming?
You would not have had an affair if the primary relationship was perfect. So, what should be done to mend it? Frequently that lies in self analysis. But just as often, that lies in the couple’s relationship.
Restoring trust in relationships means fixing the underlying problems. Sometimes that means going into couples counseling.
But just understanding our thoughts isn’t enough. The next step is to take concrete action in fixing the problems.
The secret to restoring trust in relationships lies not in talking about the correct things, but in doing the correct things.
One of the biggest things you can do is to make small promises and keep them. If you promise to take the rubbish out each evening, do it. And, do it consistently. When you demonstrate that you can be trusted in the small things, a gradual sense of confidence will be realized in the bigger image of the relationship.
Your squeeze or wife is going to need constant reassurance that you have changed. This indicates that you’re going to want to apologize more than once over time. You may also need to treat the recurring comments about the violation of trust as a matter of course. It isn’t straightforward not straightforward for her to excuse the break. If you want to remain with her, you will be patient with her.
This does not mean that you have to have guilty about the indiscretion forever. In reality, if you let her continually guilt trip you, she will not be satisfied in the new relationship you are building. Just be understanding.
Finally, you want to put a positive spin on the incident. Treat it as a possibility for both of you to grow as people and for the relationship to mature. Just as a bone grows stronger at the place it’s been broken, a relationship can improve after an affair.
Restoring trust in a relationship takes time. It requires that you change both your angles and actions. But it is possible to heal the divide and be a stronger couple as a result.
