Does Motion Sickness Make you Sick of Traveling?

Because I travel so often and to so many places, the first question my wife will ask me when we talk on the phone is "Where in the world are you NOW?" Not long ago, my family joined me in Australia. Perth was breathtaking. We enjoyed the the pretty beaches and wonderful weather. Following Perth, we then took a flight through Singapore. The airline was lovely and people are just beautiful. They seem to kind of float as they glide down the aisles. We then arrived in England. We spent a wonderful week there. It was really fascinating to experience leaving the warm autumn of Perth and arriving into England's spring. We partook in the richest dairy products you can find in the Somerset region. We also just enjoyed the beautiful greenery of England. I spent time describing my recent travels to better explain the wonderful sights I would have missed had motion sickness stopped me. After a flight, I used to be plagued with terrible head pain, exhaustion and nausea as many people still are. Many people have resorted to limiting or even completely discontinued traveling. And for those who do suffer through the sickness while traveling, the problems do not always subside once the ride does. Motion sickness can occurs when our sense of balance or equilibrium is changed. This occurs when visual movement is not consistent with our physical sense of movement. When we walk or otherwise control the movement of the body, the brain senses the motion. When riding in a car though, coordinating the signals of balance becomes more complicated. People have also described motion sickness when they watch intensely active movies or viewed some video games. The messages sent to brain are in conflict as the eyes perceive movement but the body does not. As those who suffer from motion sickness know, dizziness, vertigo, headaches and nausea then occur. Plenty of nice vacations or at least portions of the time have been spoiled from these issues. Some people find relief one motion ceases but many continue to suffer for hours and even days. Recommendations to help alleviate minor motion sickness: When riding in a care, sit in the front seat. This allows the brain improve the coordination of visual and perceived motion. Choose a window seat when traveling by air, and watch the movement outside. Avoid reading or other activities that avert your sight away from the outside environment. Make sure the food you eat prior to traveling is bland or at least not very rich and aromatic. For sustainable results, my Dizziness and Vertigo program will do wonders.
